Do I need a patch test before my colour appointment?
Yes. A patch test is required at least 48 hours before your first colour appointment (or if it’s been more than 6 months since your last test with us). This ensures your safety and helps us avoid any allergic reactions. It only takes a minute and is free—just pop in.
What happens during a patch test?
We’ll apply a small amount of product behind your ear or on your inner arm. You should leave it untouched for 48 hours and let us know if you notice any redness, itching, or irritation.
How often do I need a patch test?
Every 6 months, or if you’ve had any medical or health changes, or are trying a new colour service. It's also required if you're switching to a different brand or product range.
