    Led by Nicki, a very experienced stylist (and qualified trichologist, too), this place is really professional and very friendly and warm to boot! The whole team keeps detailed notes on every client's prior services, treatments and exactly how clients like things done. Consequently, you are guaranteed an excellent cut, colour or whatever else you want/need. I absolutely recommend Nicki, Kaitlin and the whole lovely team at Changing Grooms. You won't be disappointed.

    I've been a few times now and am so pleased to have my hair done by Caitlin...she's such a lovely, competent professional. Has done a super job with my highlights twice, I think now, plus my recent trim and blow dry. She doesn't rush which is enjoyable and reassuring. Super head massage, too. I'm already booked on an offer for a special deep cleanse treatment to my scalp. Nikki, who I believe is the owner (?), is also extremely knowledgeable and runs a tight ship with an eye to detail which is no doubt why customers receive such a good service. Don't hesitate to book.

Having just had implant surgery and and being unable to hear without my aids, they showed understanding and empathy and ensured that they communicated effectively with me throughout the hours that I was there. From slowly turning me round in chair, to checking they weren’t hurting my implant area, I now have a beautiful head of highlights and will definitely be going back and would give 10/10.
