• Careful application – Lightener is applied only to your regrowth, often starting slightly away from the scalp to prevent over-processing at the roots where heat accelerates lift
• Controlled processing – We monitor your hair at regular intervals (typically 40–60 minutes total) to achieve the desired lightness without compromising hair integrity
• Toning – After rinsing and cleansing, we apply toner to refine your shade and eliminate any unwanted warmth, creating your final colour

Our salon director Hannah and the team use precise sectioning and application techniques to avoid overlapping onto previously bleached hair, which is key to preventing breakage and maintaining healthy, lightened locks.

Who Bleach Regrowth Suits

This service is a maintenance treatment for existing blonde or very light hair. If your hair is currently dark or has not been lightened before, you'll need a full lightening process rather than a regrowth touch-up. Bleach regrowth works best when:

• You already have bleached or very lightened hair and want to maintain it
• Your roots are showing natural regrowth (typically 4–7 weeks since your last service)
• Your hair and scalp are in good condition – we'll always assess for dryness, sensitivity, or previous chemical treatments before proceeding
• You're committed to regular maintenance and proper aftercare with bond-building treatments and gentle products

Very long or dark regrowth may require more complex techniques and additional time. If you have a sensitive scalp or certain skin conditions, let us know during booking so we can plan appropriately.

Maintaining Your Results

Lightened hair needs ongoing care to stay healthy and vibrant. After your bleach regrowth service:

• Use sulfate-free shampoos and wash less frequently to preserve your toner and reduce dryness
• Apply deep conditioners, masks, and bond-building treatments weekly to support hair strength and manage porosity
• Limit heat styling and always use a heat protectant spray when blow-drying or using irons
• Book your next retouch in 4–7 weeks – regular appointments keep results even and appointments shorter
