I have had wonderful care and treatment from Nicki and Caitlin this week. Having just had implant surgery and and being unable to hear without my aids, they showed understanding and empathy and ensured that they communicated effectively with me throughout the hours that I was there. From slowly turning me round in chair, to checking they weren’t hurting my implant area, I now have a beautiful head of highlights and will definitely be going back and would give 10/10.
